Avinash Pandey, the Chief Executive Officer, ABP News Network (ANN). Avinash is known for his dedicated 13 years to ABP, taking it to a new height altogether. He is also the President of the International Advertising Association (IAA) India Chapter.
Avinash has had two decades plus experience in the media industry and has also been an integral part of the industries like advertising, sales, distribution, marketing, and content creation. He has been a member of
several committees, including the Media & Entertainment Committee of FICCI,
Chairmanship of the National Council on Entertainment and Media – ASSOCHAM, Panel
Advisory Committee of the Bureau of Outreach & Communication.
Mr. Avinash Pandey has won numerous awards and accolades, most notably the CEO of
the Year Award at ENBA 2022 and the CEO of the Year Award at the National Awards for
Excellence 2022. Under his leadership, the ABP News Channel won
the Most Popular Hindi New Channel Award at the ITA Awards in 2022.
Smriti Mehra, the Chief Executive Officer at CNBC. Smriti brings with her over 16 years of rich experience as a Sales Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry. During her first stint with Network18, Smriti was National Head for CNBC-TV18 Focus.
She is skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Research, Marketing and Management, and Business Development. In her previous roles at Network18, Mehra has led significant deal closures, both on campaign sponsorships and traditional FCT advertising.
Mr. Arpit Jain is the Assistant Vice President at UFO Moviez India Limited. He is an MBA graduate from MIT with a decade of an illustrious career in TV, Print, Radio, Digital, and Cinema mediums. He heads all aspects of Marketing & Communications for UFO Moviez & its subsidiaries, including strategy, advertising, branding, communication, and international alliances.
Before joining UFO Moviez, he worked with top media brands like CNBC TV, Times of India & Reliance Broadcast. Some of his noteworthy campaigns include India’s most path-breaking award-winning radio show Suhana Safar with Annu Kapoor, Big Star Entertainment Awards, ICC Cricket World Cup India Trophy Tour & Times Literature Festival.
Manuja verappa, Assistant Editor at The Times of India(TOI). She is a Writer, sports analyst, and copy editor with 18 years of experience. Sports journalism is her forte, with a specialization in hockey and cricket. She also writes on issues related to human interest, art, and culture.
"Mr. Sachin Phansikar has been working in various fields for 25 years both in India and abroad.
Mr. Phansikar is currently working as Chief Operating Officer with the leading business daily, Business Standard. Prior to this, he was with asian paints for 8 years of which last two stints were in the capacity of CEO, south pacific based in Fiji and then CEO, Caribbean and South America based in Trinidad and Tobago.
An electrical engineer by profession, Mr. Phansikar has done management from prestigious IIM-Lucknow specializing in marketing and strategy. He has worked in multinationals like Siemens in India and Schneider in Oman.
An avid reader, he is also a passionate sports person, a committed farmer and high altitude trekker. He has completed more than 15 treks in the Himalayas including Annapurna base camp, Trishul base camp etc."
