With increased fan following, innumerable algorithms and being worshiped as the ultimate test of robotics, Micromouse, Techfest's most awaited competition is back again this year promising to be tougher and more competitive than ever before. Well, how hard can that be?

Techfest 2009 presents two different variations of the Micromouse competition.

Student Category: Traditional Micromouse competition which was being conducted at Techfest. Only students with a valid identity card of their respective educational institutions are allowed to take part in this level.
Professional Category: A new category which aims at providing a platform for the graduated students and other professionals to compete against each other.

NOTE: Student teams will not be allowed to participate in the Professional Category and Professional will not be allowed to participate in Student Category.
