Gone are the days of trebuchet and rams, of swords and guns, days when one needed an army of soldiers to win over a country. Forth has come an era where cracking a code is all what is required to cripple an entire nation. Techfest 2009 gives you Code Wars, a battleground where the elite will fight out in a battle of the mind. Buckle up and crack the code!!!!!

Code Wars is a group of 3 competitions on Networking, Reversing and Programming. The competitions are independent from each other, a team can participate in any of the competitions, but the team participating in all the three and with a consistent performance will win the Code Wars Trophy.

• COnNECT: Solve as many challenges as possible from given a set of networking challenges like hacking in to computers or WebPages etc., in the stipulated amount of time.
• InVERT: Reverse engineer a set of executables and source codes.
• nBRAIN: Solve as many problem statements as possible from a set of problem statements on programming in the stipulated amount of time.
• Code Wars Trophy: The best teams performing consistently in all the the three competitions at Code Wars will win the Code Wars Trophy.

Prizes worth INR 25,000 to be won.
