The teams must adhere to the spirit of healthy competition. Judges reserve the right to disqualify any team found indulging in misbehavior.
Judges' decision shall be final and binding on all.
The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit. Change in rules, if any will be highlighted on the website and notified to the registered participants.
An abstract of the circuit, not exceeding more than 5 pages (Times New Roman, Font size 12) in doc/pdf format should be mailed on or before 25th December 2007 to vcc@techfest.org
Name the file as "vccXXXX.ext", where XXXX denotes the team Registration No. and ext denotes the extension of the file(.doc/.pdf), mail it to vcc@techfest.org, with the subject Abstract - vccXXXX;.
This abstract will be used for short listing teams availing accommodation at IIT Bombay during Techfest 2008. Techfest will not be responsible for any email bounces. Upon successful receipt of the mail, an acknowledgment mail will be sent to the participant.
The details send by the participant shall be kept confidential, and shall not be shared without the consent of the participant.
A team may consist of a maximum of 3 members.
All students with a valid identity card of their respective educational institutes are eligible to participate in Vcc at Techfest 2008.
Certificate of Excellence will be given to all the winners.
Certificates of Participation will be given to all teams that are able to play the game on the computer. Decision of judges shall be final and binding on all.
