All the elimination rounds are independent of each other. Participants can participate in any of the rounds even though they have not participated in previous rounds.

Online Finals

Chance to participate in the finals of Codathlon online:

Techfest 2008 presents a golden oppurtunity to those teams which could not make it in to finals of Codathlon through eliminations. We shall have a parallel round of Codathlon online along with the teams participating here in the finals with same / similar questions and you can win some cool prizes and compete with the best in the country. There will be two rounds, Coding and Reversing. The teams need not register for this round, all you have to do is send the solutions along with the names of your team members. Each team can have atmost three members. The detailed schedule will be put up soon in the forum.

The schedule of online finals follow:
26th January, Saturday, 10.30am - 2.30 pm : Coding
27th January, Saturday, 1pm - 7pm : Reversing

The questions will be put up on the forum. You need to send your solutions to codathlon.techfest@gmail.com before the deadline, specify the names of all the team members in the mail. No registration is required for this round.The solutions and results will be put up after the fest. Teams with performances on par with the finalists will be suitably rewarded.

For all those who thought that coding was just about C++ & Java programming; think again. This is the ultimate battlefield in the e-world and only a few shall reign supreme. A competition which shall test all the avenues of programming you can possibly imagine. So think out of the box, widen your horizons, give it all you've got & you might just crack the code at the end of the day.
